Through my work I come across others working in areas which complement my interests in stress management and managment subjects. I SHOP-4-Potential is run by Sandie Evans who specialises in tactile toys and gifts, some of which would make ideal stress toys.

Ingedients4Helath is run by Faye Baxter who runs courses through Adult Learning in Northamptonshire. I attended Faye's course on 'Eat to beat the winter blues' and found it contained some very fascinating information on the link between food and mood. click on the name above to access Faye's website.
