Performance Coaching with Pat Endicott
I believe that Performance Coaching can be pivotal to success for anyone who wants to increase productivity and sense of achievement in their working or home life. Coaching can be carried out face to face or by telephone. A typical session lasts approximately 60 minutes including time for you (the client) to summarise the plan of action on immediate tasks and by when they will be complete.

Your coach will lead you through specialised exercises that will enable you to decide upon which aspects of your life are satisfying and those you feel could be more satisfying. You will then prioritise these according to your current and future needs and make plans to accomplish your goals. At all times your coach will enable you to consider all aspects of the changes you wish to make in order to ensure success.

An important, and perhaps the most positive aspect of coaching is that you control the pace and the ground covered. The role of the coach is to support your aims and ambitions whilst challenging you to consider all of your options and to decide upon the most realistic way forward using all of the information available to you.

Coaching will enable you to:

  • build on your existing knowledge and skills so that you always perform at your best.

  • develop your creative side
  • make continuous and measurable improvement.

  • increase self-awareness

  • promote better goal setting

  • develop self-confidence and improve quality of life

  • gain insight into yourself and others
  • examine fresh perspectives on the issues you bring to your sessions.

Whilst regular contact is vital to the success of the coaching venture it is also important that you have sufficient time between sessions to complete self-set tasks without struggling to fit them in with other commitments. Nothing is more certain to demoralise and de-motivate than merely adding yet another layer of pressure.

Thus client and coach will discuss the most appropriate time interval between sessions and this may vary from time to time. Some people prefer weekly contact, other fortnightly and some to meet once each month or as they reach pre-set milestones.

Get your coaching sessions off to a flying start .....
by using the
EBW system of online assessment of Emotional Intelligence. The EBW System focuses on areas that are known to predict success in teams, managers and leaders. The system provides feedback on a person's. Emotional Intelligence (EI). EI is the ability that individuals have to manage both themselves and others. The EBW system measures eight behavioural clusters that reflect that ability.

The online assessment takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. A comprehensive report is then forwarded to Certified Facilitator Pat Endicott who will discuss the report in depth with you at your first coaching session. Using the EBW system provides a unique insight that allows you to understand yourself and your current ability and to then make progress with coaching very quickly towards your goals and ambitions in life.
