Pat Endicott MA Cert Ed MCGI FCMI MISMA
Pat is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and has many years of experience in management as well as running her own consultancy in Stress Management and management subjects for the commercial and voluntary sector. Pat has been involved in the voluntary sector in the United Kingdom for over 30 years, both as a salaried member of staff and as a volunteer. For seven years she worked as a manager with Citizens Advice Bureau where she was responsible for the day-to-day management of the organisation and securing funding from local government and grant-making Trusts and Charities.
Whilst at Citizens Advice, Pat completed the Institute of Fundraising’s professional qualifications and, since then, has helped a number of small local charities on a voluntary basis; most recently, a small theatre company that stages a traditional pantomime which they take round to villages and towns. Pat finds great satisfaction in working as part of a team to raise the resources needed by voluntary and charitable organisations, and is currently a Director / Trustee of two Registered Charities. Pat is, therefore, able to draw on a wide range of experience in the charity/voluntary sector and would be delighted to assist any organisation with their training and/or fundraising needs. Whether you are looking for assistance with strategic planning, governance, time management or training for either individuals or the organisation as a whole, Pat is well-placed to help you and will offer you an excellent value-for-money service.
Pat’s career in training and development started as a First Aid Trainer with St John Ambulance in 1981. Ten years later she qualified as a St John Ambulance Tutor, and for a further nine years was jointly responsible for the training and assessment of St. John Ambulance trainers within Northamptonshire, and running their own City and Guilds Assessment Centre. Pat then sought to combine practical experience in training and development with essential knowledge of how people learn by completing two degrees at Masters level; firstly in Professional Studies in Education, and later an MCGI in Training and Development.
