We all experience stress at some time in our lives - how we choose to handle this is what is most important. Talking it through with colleagues and friends can be very helpful and it is surprising how many admit to feeling too pressured or stressed - this, in itself, can be very reassuring.
What will this course help you to do?
This course will enable you to recognise stress in yourself and others, and enable you to put into place strategies to manage stress before it can adversely affect your heath. You will be able to recognise how you react to stress and to use the skills taught on the course to help you relax.
