There are many hundreds of web sites, books and CDs offering help with Stress Management, Time Management, Team Building, and Fundraising. Those listed on these pages are not necessarily the best, but I am able to recommend them on the basis that I have, personally, found them to be helpful.
The Internet is a wonderful source of information but care is needed to discern the useful and accurate information from that which is less helpful and potentially harmful. When using the Internet as a source of information always use reputable sites.
The International Stress Management Association
ISMA is the professional body for stress management consultants in the UK. Their web site provides a wealth of information and advice on stress and the management of Stress. ISMA is also the sponsor of National Stress Awareness Day each November.
The Health and Safety Executive

ACAS
ACAS provide a wealth of information on stress in the workplace as well as a helpful booklet which can be downloaded - 'Stress at work'.

Health, Work and Well-being is a Government-led initiative to protect and improve the health and well-being of working age people.
Founded on a growing evidence base that working is good for health, it brings together employers, unions, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to promote the positive links between health and well-being and help more people with health conditions to find and stay in employment.
