Managing Stress > Helpful websites
There are many hundreds of web sites, books and CDs offering help with Stress Management, Time Management, Team Building, and Fundraising. Those listed on these pages are not necessarily the best, but I am able to recommend them on the basis that I have, personally, found them to be helpful.
The Internet is a wonderful source of information but care is needed to discern the useful and accurate information from that which is less helpful and potentially harmful. When using the Internet as a source of information always use reputable sites.

BIONEERS
Founder Kenny Ausubel coined the term Bioneers in 1990 to describe an emerging culture. Bioneers are social and scientific innovators from all walks of life and disciplines who have peered deep into the heart of living systems to understand how nature operates, and to mimic "nature's operating instructions" to serve human ends without harming the web of life. Nature's principles—kinship, cooperation, diversity, symbiosis and cycles of continuous creation absent of waste—can also serve as metaphoric guideposts for organizing an equitable, compassionate and democratic society.

Dr Sarah Myhill
Sarah Myhill is a GP in the Welsh Borders and specialises in Chronic Fatigue and allergies.
Dr Myhill describes her website as:
"based on my experience of over twenty five years in general National Health Service practice and private practice. I describe what works for me. This is often different from standard texts and may well change as I learn new things. My special interest is in treating fatigue and in preventive medicine. Many diseases are entirely preventable through good diet and nutrition. Everyone who consults me is advised on the General Approach to keeping healthy. There are then the "bolt on extras" to apply in addition where things have gone wrong.
My aim has always been to look for causes of disease and treat by addressing those causes, be they infectious, allergic, nutritional or toxic, or a combination.
I use knowledge from conventional medicine, from naturopathy, herbal and homoeopathic techniques (desensitisation). "
Note from Pat: A wealth of advice and guidance based on common-sense and good practice. Well worth a look!
